Subscriptions Outside of the 7-Day Cancellation Window
For New Commerce Experience subscriptions, cancellation is only allowed within 7 days of purchase or renewal. - Click on the company’s Services tab.

- Locate the desired subscription and click the three dots on the right-hand side of its row. From the dropdown, select View Service.

- Scroll down to the Duration & Renewal section.

- In the top-right corner of the Duration & Renewal section, click on the pencil icon.

- A switch will appear under the Auto Renewal text.

- Click the switch under Auto Renewal to move it to the off position.

- Click the green check mark in the top-right corner of the Duration & Renewal section to submit your changes.
